You have the right to cancel any order you make for any product (other than underwear, jewellery, personalised products and audio/video recordings or software which you may have unsealed or magazines) purchased through the online store and you will receive a full refund.
We are also unable to offer refunds or exchanges against products which have had personalisation added to them (e.g. Replica Shirts).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 28 (twenty eight) days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange.
When returning products to us for refund or exchange, you must pay for the appropriate postage costs. If a full refund is applicable or the exchange has been caused by an error on our part then we will refund the postage you have paid on receipt of the returned product.
If you wish to exchange or return any product then please send the product back with a covering letter, through the post to: Club Shop Colchester United Football Club, JobServe Community Stadium, United Way, Colchester, Essex, CO4 5UP.
Please wrap products securely and attach appropriate postage. Please remember to include your covering letter and give the reason for return and any new requirements.

We want you to feel confident about shopping through the online store. If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, then we will put the matter right.
All product prices include Value Added Tax (“VAT”) where applicable. These may change in line with UK government, Customs and Excise, EU directives, and other legal interpretations issued by relevant authorities. Promotions and prices you see in the CUFC Retail Outlet do not necessarily apply to the online store, and vice versa.
Import duties and local taxes are NOT included in the quoted price of goods being delivered to outside the EU. You will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges upon receipt.
We reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and at any time and the right to add or withdraw any product at any time.
CUFCRetail has made every effort to reproduce colours in the online store as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the internet. This means that when you order products from the online store, colours may differ from what you see on the screen. If you are not satisfied with the colour of the product you have ordered, we operate a returns policy (see "Returns/Cancellation Policy" above).
If online store products become temporarily unavailable, we shall hold your order until we have the product back in stock and we will then mail the product to you in the usual way. In the event that an individual product becomes permanently unavailable then we will seek to offer you a suitable alternative or give you a full refund.
We are only able to take orders through the online store for delivery to the countries listed on the checkout pages. If the country that you require delivery to is not visible then we will not be able to process your order.
We validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form. Our confirmation of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.
We accept all orders for products and services subject to availability and certain security checks.
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us or you fail our security checks, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Your order will normally be dispatched within 7 (seven) days of placing the order. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within such timescales, however, some delays are inevitable. We shall not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard.
Please note we only pick and despatch orders Monday-Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm). Our post is collected at 4.00pm, anything picked and despatched after 4.00pm will be delivered on the next days collection. Anything ordered on 'Next Day Delivery' must be ordered before 3.00pm to ensure we have enough time to pick and despatch for collection at 4.00pm. We pick and despatch anything ordered on Saturday&Sunday from the following Monday. We cannot despatch 'Next Day Delivery' items ordered on a Saturday until the following Monday.

We post to UK Mainland, British Isles, Europe and Rest of World. All postage prices can be found on our main website. We are also more than happy to despatch to BFPO addresses. We are authorised to share your personal information with third parties who are used to fulfil your order or satisfy our obligations to you.
This online store uses the latest 128bit security encryption to protect your personal information and is compliant to PCI-DSS Level 1 Hosting. When you enter your personal details in the checkout pages you are in a secure web site.
Transactions also require the use of the security code (CV2) number from the back of your credit or debit card. This information is only available with physical access to the card and is not stored by the web site.
We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and credit card information secure but unless we have been negligent, we will not be liable for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access by a third party to the information transmitted by you when ordering products or services from the online store.
None of the terms mentioned in the Information section of CUFCRetail affect your statutory rights.
The CUFCRetail Terms are not intended to give rise to any right which is enforceable by a third party by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
