Your order will normally be dispatched within 7 (seven) days of placing the order. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within such timescales, however, some delays are inevitable. We shall not be liable for any delay that you may suffer in this regard.
Please note we only pick and despatch orders Monday-Friday (9.30am - 5.30pm). Our post is collected at 4.00pm, anything picked and despatched after 4.00pm will be delivered on the next days collection. Anything ordered on 'Next Day Delivery' must be ordered before 3.00pm to ensure we have enough time to pick and despatch for collection at 4.00pm.
We pick and despatch anything ordered on Saturday&Sunday from the following Monday. We cannot despatch 'Next Day Delivery' items ordered on a Saturday until the following Monday.

We post to UK Mainland, British Isles, Europe and Rest of World. All postage prices can be found on our main website.
We are also more than happy to despatch to BFPO addresses.
